I used to back up my Iphone using itunes but now it only seems to be backing up settings, contacts but not any application. Anyone who can help i'm stuck and to restore the phone please i will be glad. Thank you in advance.

Thank you Niel but its not working i have been trying for hours now, all the applications were purchased from the app store.
