I have an Iphone 5c and i cant add a credit card to wallet there is no option to add one and i checked the settings there is no option to add one there as well

To set up and use Apple Pay on your iPhone: requires iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus and later.
To set up and use Apple Pay with Apple Watch: requires Apple Watch paired with iPhone 5 or later. Cards are added to the watch via the Apple Watch app on the iPhone. To also use Apple Pay on the iPhone, it must be set up separately on the iPhone - which still requires iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus or later.

apple pay no option to add a credit card im trying to add my credit card to the Wallet App but there is no option to do it all i can do is add coupons my region Is United States And i am on IOS 9 please help
