Genius Bar appointment scheduled after warranty expires..

My iPhone 6 has the issue where the FaceTime camera is moving to the left (in my case about half of the camera hole is blocked already) and I just scheduled a Genius appointment to have it looked at/replaced.

The problem is the genius bar must be extremely busy since I couldn't get a reservation until Tuesday. This will be after my iPhone 6 warranty expires (tomorrow).

Will the Apple / The Genius have any problem covering this under warranty if they deem it to be defective?

We don't know what the Genius might or might not do. As you have booked the appointment before the warranty expires but cannot get an appointment before it expires, might have a positive bearing on your situation. Try calling Apple 9or the store where you have the appointment) before Tuesday and see what they say.

Apple are going to replace the entire phone for me. Normally they just replace the screens for the FaceTime camera mis-alignment issue but apparently their "calibration machine" is not set up for iOS 9 yet, meaning they can't do the screen replacement. Glad I updated to iOS 9 before going in.

Yeah, that was my next thought - to call the store - and like you said it does look favourable that I booked it before the warranty expired.
