my ipad is stuck on slide to upgrade. i tried this If the Slide to Upgrade screen won't go away after you update to iOS 9 - Apple Support but it doesnt work. When I connect to itunes it says turn off find my phone on your ipad. Obviously I cant do that as it is stuck on slide to upgrade.
Fix provided by apple is just a way to get some time to provide the real fix !! I have the same issue of "turn off - find my phone on your ipad" - what a dud from apple !!

I have fixed it. Had to do it while connected to itunes. Had to start the process on my ipad and itunes at the same time so it didn't ask for Find my ipad to be turned off then restored ipad. Unfortunately I had to loose everything.
