Hi,
After upgrading to iOS9, I was unable to delete apps. I press and hold until the app icon wiggles, and then the screen froze, even though the icons are still wiggling. Had to force restart.
Anyone have the same problem?

I have the same problem. Used to be able to delete an app as soon as no longer needed but since I downloaded ios9 am unable to do this - am experiencing exactly same problems as you. Anybody any ideas how to fix?

Sorry to hear you are having issues after updating to IOS 9.
Have you tried giving your Iphone a hard reboot?
"Sometimes your iPhone can lock up completely and not respond to any input. In this case, the iPhone can usually be forced to reboot:
1. Hold down the sleep/wake button and home button simultaneously.
2. Let go when the Apple logo appears and the iPhone is booting up."

Yes, once frozen (even though icon still wiggling), I have to hard reboot to get out of the situation.
At the moment, I somethings can delete the app, sometimes it just freeze up again.
WIsh the developers look into this matter and fix it next update!
Could you hard reboot your iPhone and then try the following?
1 Double tap your Home button on your iPhone or iPad to bring up multitasking.
2 Swipe all open apps up in order to close them.
3 You can touch and throw away up to three apps at once to save time
Once all the apps have been closed, try deleting an app again.
I am also unable to delete apps on my iPad Air since updating to ios9.
T apps wiggle but then the whole iPad becomes frozen and unresponsive, I then have to force a shutdown. The above actions do not resolve the problem.
Game centre also does not load and freezes the iPad in the same way.

'googled' the problem in yesterday and found the answer to our problem. Go to Settings, General, Storage & Wi Fi Usage, Manage Storage. You should be able to see all the apps you have downloaded there. Click on the little grey arrow to the right hand side of the app you want to delete and you can do it from there. It worked for me, I've deleted a few this way.
