Hello all.
I just installed iTunes 12.3.0.44 64-bit on a laptop running a fresh Windows 10 Home 64-bit install & migrated over from my old desktop running Windows 7 by using this support page.
Things seem to be working - except, when I plug in my iPhone 5 & try to hover my mouse over the colored bars for Audio / Apps / Docs / Other, the popup box that normally pops up no longer pops up - I cannot find how many apps are installed or see how much space they use, nor can I see how big my Other bar is, as well as the Documents & Data bar.
Now - the mouse hover over my songs under Playlists functions properly, if that helps at all...The laptop is authorized, my Apple ID is functioning, iTunes sees my iPhone, it can back it up, etc - it's just missing the mouse hover tooltips.
I just spent the last hour or so trying to find different ways to spell out the mouse hover (mouseover, popup box, tooltip, etc), w/o any success, so apologies if this has already been answered.
