Does Final Cut Pro allow you to render and edit videos at 60 FPS?

Hi, I am starting a youtube channel and I was wondering if I could edit and render 60FPS video in Final Cut Pro. Final Cut Pro seems to be the best video editing software for Mac, but I am not sure if it will support 60 FPS. Can someone confirm or deny this?

MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)

SSee the marketing and promotional sections of apple.com for everything you could want to know about FCPX. the subtle stuff takes some inference and experience. Remember also that you can download and use the fully functional trial for 30 days before buying. Those thirty days can pass very quickly so have everything ready and a solid concept for your project before downloading.
