When trying to play a dvd on i mac 27' [new 2015] video plays but no sound......[mute is off]...
sounds works fine with everything else?
should i try another "media player"?

Mac mini, Mac OS X (10.7.3), lion... I'm using Linksys router
For DVD Player there is a volume slider on the floating controller
plus there are volume controls on the menu bar.

Awesome..i missed it.... setting up i Mac for my older Brother... i use a different media player on my Mac.
