did anyone know how to change a country region without using credit card after iOS9 upgraded!??

I think it's a bug that needs to be fixed ASAP. I cannot change it on iphone, only way to change it is in iTunes.

Same problem here, when I'm changing the country, I need to change my Apple ID password as well, then when I'm changing the country it ask for payment information which current info is not accepted. But I don't have credit card in that country.
now I'm stuck with the updates in that country, without changing the country you cannot update the apps.
Same issue for my iPhone 6s.
But iTunes did helped me to solve the issue.

how to change app store country/region in iTunes? I've tried in iTunes, it ask for payment information which current info is not accepted. But I don't have credit card in that country.

it's extremely annoying. i put a lot of time (and money) into a japanese app and now i can't play it until this gets fixed. not a happy camper, so they better be working on it....

How do you change in iTunes?
I just got caught with this same issue, I was seeing if a film was available on iTunes and it took me to the US store. I managed to turn it back to the UK store by searching in safari for UK specific item (a terrible soap) and when it opened the link it gave me the option to change store. I am not sure if this is a bug or something done deliberately to stop users from changing stores and getting content not available in their country.
