Also the sleep function doesn't seem to work all the time & when it does work its not fading out the volume anymore. bring back on the go playlist which I much preferred to this messy looking up next thing.

Fade seems to be working now on sleep timer, probably because I was listening on headphones. didn't notice it on speakers maybe the fade is more subtle now.

MY next phone will be an android or samsong. And if they don't work well with my mac then my next computer will be a windoz. I'm sick and ******* tired of apple using us as the testing team.  You're a multi-billion dollar company, hire some ******* staff to test your ******* updates.

TThe buttons are there, but it's faded to the point where you can't see them...tap at where the buttons would be and you'll see. They ought to fix that glitch!

On my iPhone they are not faded, they are invisible!

    Rdlrr,

The buttons may be there and invisible for you, but they simply do not exist nor function for me. Clicking does nothing, and no changes to the display change that. In landscape mode (which exists only with video podcasts) everything is as before, but not in portrait mode.

    FYI: iPhone 5.

Also, I hate that in the main display screen I can no longer easily see when new podcasts arrive nor when there are unplayed episodes. Things used to be in bold to highlight what is important. Now it's all just a wash-out sea of gray on white.

8 months later anyone figure this out? Is it just that sketchy uncontrollable slider bar that you need the finger of a Japanese schoolgirl to control it?

I have not seen any fast forward or reverse buttons in the iOS 9x version of Podcast. You just put you finger on the people's vertical line (above 4:30 in the pic) and drag it forward or backward.

For those who think they are faded, where have you seen them?
