Sep 18, 2015 10:23 PM in response to modular747by TT88,Doing a cold reboot didn't work. Ive found you have to use the extreme tip of your finger (touching with very little skin surface) in order for it to work. Using too much skin surface and you cannot open the day you are clicking on in Month view. This wasn't a problem in iOS 8 for me.

Nov 11, 2015 7:29 AM in response to modular747by Strulf,Maybe not on every device but it is mentioned in the iOS 9.1 release notes so Apple even confirmed it themselves.
On my iPhone with 9.0.2, it is definitely is not working as it should be. It still works with very short, light taps but compared to what it was or how the touchpad reacts in other areas, it’s clearly off. Normal taps don’t work. When you click on the upper right corner on the rectangle with the two bars beneath it - in that view, taps work perfectly. Only in the full month view without additional information of the current day it is not reacting as it should.
