Using extertnal modules

Hi,
how can I configure Logic Express to send midi through individual audio instrument tracks to four different external midi modules. I have a Maudio Midisport 4x4. I want to be able to play my keyboard and send midi to the modules individually while listening to them and then tweak them on the final mix? E.G. Audio Instrument 1: Module 1, Audio Instrument 2: Module 2 etc....
TIA.

I am assuming that express works the same as pro as far external midi is concerned

1st off, midi is sent to external midi devices from midi tracks not audio instrument tracks

you start by creating a midi instrument, multi instrument if your synth is multitimbral, for each external synth you have, on the midi layer of your environment

assign instrument 1 to midi port A, instrument 2 to midi port B and so on

select your midi instrument on your track and you are good to go
