Q: Has anybody manage to do a backup as described in this support information?
I have the the problem referred to in article HT205239. An iPad 2, that was on iOS7 to be updated to iOS9. I am stuck on the Slide to Upgrade screen. I also do not have a backup of the device. In the article, Apple says if you don't have a backup, back up the device an restore. I have however not being able to make a backup. iTunes gets stuck on backing up <devicename>. I managed to back up pictures seperately and transfer all purchases from the iPad to iTunes.
Has anybody managed to create a backup at this stage?
