So, I typically shut off my cellular data for all of my apps so I do not go over my monthly data plan. However, I sometimes do not use Wifi so I turn certain apps on. Lately, every time I turn my cellular data on for Safari, I close out of my settings and go to the Safari app and a message comes up saying, :Safari cannot open the page because your iPhone is not connected to the internet." I go back into my settings and for some reason my cellular data for Safari is not connected anymore. This happens all the time now so I have to be connected to the internet when using any apps. I tried resetting my settings and it's still not working
