Q: iso9 upgrade problems on iphone4s

Just upgrading to iso9 on a iphone4s. Download was fine but hit a major problem which seems global..!!..iphone now frozen on ''slide to upgrade'' pressing the power & home button just reboots the iphone and I'm back with the same issue. This is so poor Apple, and my iphone is needed 24/7..!! hope a fix will soon be available...fingers x'd..!!!??????!!!
