Q: What programs conflict with Bonjour on Airplay?

I have 5 Airplay speaker systems throughout my house. Running iTunes music through them on Windows 7 x64 worked fine, but on Windows 10 x64, iTunes 12.2 hangs when I try to quit it after having used Airplay, with a dialog box saying "waiting for Airplay devices". To my great disappointment, iTunes 12.3 did not fix this.

I have iTunes set to "Multiple" Airplay devices. They all play fine (JBL Soundfly Air, Bose Soundlink Air, iHome). If I disconnect them one by one in iTunes by clicking on the checkmark in the device list, there is no problem until I disconnect the LAST one- doesn't matter what order or which is last - I then get the same hung dialog box, "waiting for Airplay devices", with a green progress bar that never gets anywhere.

If I set it to "Single" device, again it plays fine through the device, but iTunes hangs when I try to quit.

I have to use the Task Manager to quit iTunes.

I don't see that lots of people are having this problem, so I am wondering if I have a conflict. This was a new clean install of Windows 10 Pro x64, and I am having no problems with any other software under the system (except iCloud, which does not support Windows 10 yet). Disabling Kaspersky Antivirus, a common culprit, doesn't help. I am not running anything particularly unusual.

I already tried a complete removal of all components and re-install of iTunes and Apple software - did not help at all.

Is anyone aware of why Bonjour might be unable to disconnect from my Airplay devices? Any suggestions as to how to troubleshoot Bonjour?

Please help!

Thanks, JW
