Messages gone !

HI ,

i switched on my MacBook Pro today and instantly received notice saying that mesages was no longer working, did anyone else get this , and why ? , or how to reso this, I'm pretty basic but my messages have always worked up till today. How am I supposed to send texts etc with no chat , txt or iiMessages I really can't understand how its just automatically gone without having something to replace it with,

Hi,

You have posted in iChat.

You list both "Server" and Mavericks and have not said which version of Messages is not working.

It would also help to know which accounts are involved.

Did you happen to grab a Screen Shot of the message you had ?
