Deleted Calendar Events and Reminders Still Show up in Spotlight Search on iOS 9

Hello All,

I was wondering if anyone else was seeing this issue and perhaps someone knows of a fix. I noticed that after a Calendar event or Reminder has been deleted from all of my iCloud synced devices, it will still show up in a Spotlight Search on iOS 9 on both my iPhone 6 and iPad Air. I noticed that the deleted event shows up in the category "Top Hits", but can also show in the respective "Calendar" or "Reminder" categories within Spotlight Search. I wanted to know if this is a bug or if there is something I'm missing, perhaps an option to clear a cache or "Top Hits" history. It would actually be nice to just disable Top Hits altogether within Spotlight Search, but I don't think there is an option for that. Thanks for the feedback.
