Q: IOS 9 update...FAIL..ipad air black screen stuck with Apple logo...iphone not recognized..no help with solutions..

Don't think I've ever been so disgusted with Apple.  IOS 9 update did this to my IPad Air....stuck on Black Screen with just Apple logo...itunes says I don't have an IPhone 6plus and now I have to wait for Tuesday for an Apple "Genius" Bar appt.  WTH is that?
