"QuickTime Error - 50"

I have some footage edited on FCP 7, converted using Log and Transfer. Now the finished edit will not encode into any format. Suggestions?

Mac Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8), 1,1 4 Core 2.66 GHz, 10GB RAM, FCS2
