iiTunes wouldn't recognise my 5s, so I decided to update to iOS 9 without it. My phone is now stuck on the "swipe to upgrade" screen. Ibe spoken to my provider who can't help me, trying to speak to Apple support, but need my serial number. How can I get this without itunes or my phone?
