Upgraded to iOS 9 on iphone 5c, Apple ID verification keeps popping up, and forces me to change my password. I have changed it 3 times now, but each time after changing it, I get the error "Verification Failed, An unknown error occurred". Also iCloud Drive upgrade is still upgrading since iOS 8 version.

Restart and try signing out of and then back into iCloud.
I just tried that and again it is assuming I forgot my apple id password. And this time, I got stuck on the second security question. I just got the error "Cannot Verify Identity. Your session has timed out". I then tried signing out of iCloud, and the whole process of "forgot password" started over. This time I used email verification method, and got the password changed a 4th time. Now I am trying to sign out and it is stuck on trying to go into iCloud.
OlaleyB did you find a solution to your problem? I am stuck in i similar situation and i am wondering what i should do next. I thinking of factory resetting the device but would rather not if there is some other things to try.
Any input would be welcome.
