Q: Errors -1 & 48

After a small search on the Internet i understand that: after the people make updating the IOS devices with 8.4 or 8.4.1 IOS firmware, big number of IOS devices (especially the iPhone 4 & 4s) have problem with baseband chip (see error -1 error 48, these errors is from faulty firmware and these errors not showing on the Apple support page why?).

Apple should take the responsibility and repair all this devices with this problem with own expense.

I have an iPhone 4s new with only two MONTHS in use, and don't have make never jailbreak my device.

The device not have warranty  because i have buy this in 2012 but i have use this just before two months (It is easy for Apple to verify this).

    Greetings loukilouk,

After reviewing your post, it sounds like you are getting an error 1 and 48 after updating the OS. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch doesn't respond or doesn't turn on - Apple Support

    Errors: 1, 3, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 20, 21, 23, 26, 27, 28, 29, 34, 35, 36, 37, 40, 53, 56, 1002, 1004, 1011, 1012, 1014, 1667, or 1669.

Your device or computer might have a hardware issue that stops the update or restore from completing.

    1. Check that your security software and settings aren't blocking your device from communicating with the Apple update server.
    2. Then try to restore your iOS device two more times while connected with a cable, computer, and network you know are good.
    3. Make sure that your security software and settings are allowing communication between your device and update servers.
    4. If you still see the error message when you update or restore, contact Apple support.

If you still see the error message, check for outdated or modified software.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
    Take care

    Hello mario 49
Thank you for your fast and detailed reply.
First of all sorry for my bad english.
I have tried everything who I've read on forum and in the Apple support page.
The problem started when update my iPhone from OTA from 8.4 to 8.4.1, the phone stopped to have signal and then showing constantly "searching".
After that, i resetting the phone to factory settings, the phone begin the configuration and after from the choices for language and country, stuck on the configuration with provider.
Next i tried to make update to latest IOS 9 from PC.I have tried in 3 different PC (all with win7 ), the first one (my PC) give me error (-1) and next two PC(from my friends ) give me error (48).
All pc have the last iTunes, the security programs on all pc is disabled. I have try to update in recovery mode and the DFU mode, also i have try to downgrading in 8.4.1 with "swift key". The result is the same (the phone not complete the update with this errors).
I forgetting to say that, i have buy the phone from official dealer of Apple and not from China or from somewhere else. Also i say again the phone never has making jailbreak.

    Regards
