bose ae2w, loss sound and volume control

Just update to iphone 6 plus with iOS 9,

Bose ae2w connected for about 2 minutes then cannot control the volume anymore, neither from the headphone dongle or directly on the iphone itself, but still has sound. When switch to other app, sound disconnect, even though the status bar at the top right corner is still there. The bar is actually still there even after I turn off the dongle.

Problem persists after re-pairing headphone and reset the phone.

The headphone is up to date with firmware, so I think it may be the iOS problem since it just happens recently.

Still if there is any other suggestions, please let me know. Also how do I submit this problem directly to the iOS developer

Thank in advance

It seems like you've already tried the steps in this article.

You could also try to:

* restart your iPhone

* forced restart

*reset settings General > Settings > Reset

* not sure if reseting network Settings affect bluetooth but might be worth a try
