Bluetooth pairing a Sony SRS-BTX500 with/MBP & iPhone 5s

I have a MacBook Pro, iPhone 5S and a Sony SRS-BTX500 wireless speaker. I can no longer pair the devices. It was working fine a couple weeks ago on the MBP and iPhone, but now it won't pair. I've restarted all devices, held the button on the speaker while it tries to pair (blue light blinks quickly), place devices side by side, etc. Wondering if something is wrong with the speaker? Any advice is appreciated!
