Tried to update to iOS 9 and when my phone resets it goes to a white screen that says slide to upgrade but is frozen
iPhone 4S, iOS 9
mine did exactly the same, all you need to do connect your iPhone to a PC with iTunes account, then press both buttons on your phone for 10 seconds then it asked if you want to restore, agree to this then it will ask if you want to back up data agree to this then it take it Back to the original settings, I'm afraid that's the only answer it work for me hope that helps
