Koobface malware according to google help person?

I've had trouble with my gmail and called 1-855-550-2552. They diagnosed a koobface networking hacking worm. They "showed" me foreign logins to my ip address.

My malware bytes anti malware software does not find anything like this.

This is the summary of what they said needed to be done. They then referred me and connected me to W2C LLC.

1.we have to optimize your network and all devices.

2.we have to remove koobface from your network.

3.we have to remove all the infections or errors from your network.

4.we have to remove al the hackers from your network.\

It is a scam. Unfortunately, if you allowed the criminals access to your computer, it shoukd now be considered compromised. You should restore it using a backup that predates the intrusion by the scammers. Further, if you divulged bank info, consider it compromised as well.
