Q: I've tried to update my iPod but it keeps saying swipe to upgrade and doesn't let me go on my iPod

MY iPod keeps saying swipe to upgrade but I've already upgraded it. It won't let me access my iPod at all ! HELP

iPod touch, iOS 7.0.6
