I updated my iPad 2 to the IOS 9 and it says it is updated but it freezes on the slide to upgrade screen. I have restarted it by holding the home button and power button simultaneously but it only brings me back to the same screen. Bricked.. I have also tried to do a restore as some forums are suggesting by plugging it into the computer and opening it in iTunes but it will not let me do a restore because I have find my iPhone. I logged into iCloud.com as some have suggested to take the iPad off off findmyiphone but that did not work as well. Does anyone have a solution to this issue after these steps have been taken? Does anyone from Apple have suggestions to fix this problem? Because a person should be able to do an update without being locked out of their device. Getting charged $30 to talk to Apple should not be when it is a glitch on their end of the update. Please... anyone.
