I am looking for a clien software that will register and update the position of my Apple computer while it is running windows under boot camp.
If you enable iCloud, it will show the locations of your devices on iCloud.com.

Using the above suggestions I can see my iPhone and my ipad, while I am running windows. But I can't see my Apple Laptop while it is running Windows. It shows the laptop as being offline.
I want to be able to locate my laptop, while the laptop is running windows under bootcamp
On the Windows side, you need to setup iCloud, as you do/did on the OS X side.
I have setup iCloud on the Windows side. There is no Find My Mac selection under windows as there is on Mac. My photos and bookmarks are perfectly in sync, so I know it is working.
