split screen not working
Split screen is impossible ....I keep getting lock screen info by default ....how can I move the black slider bar if I never see it to be able to drag it?

Based on the iOS version you have listed, you likely have a 3rd Gen iPad. Correct? If so, your device does not support Split View, Picture in Picture, or Slide Over.
Picture in Picture and Slide Over are available on iPad Pro, iPad Air or later, and iPad mini 2 or later. Split View is available on iPad Pro, iPad Air 2, and iPad mini 4.
