timestamps on my received texts show an incorrect time, example; if someone sends me a text two hours ago, my phone will say it was received 20 mins ago. I realize this isn't a debilitating issue, but it's extremely annoying. Anyone else having this?! And is there any way to fix it

Yeah, I'm also having this issue. I'll get a text or iMessage, and on my lock screen it often shows that it was received 1 minute ago but in reality it was received however so many minutes or hours prior.
Seems to be an iOS 9 issue.
Yes, I also got an iPhone 6s. Wasn't sure if it was iOS 9 or the phone. I'll receive text messages many hours ago (4-6hours) and the longest it will say is '1 hour ago'. Very annoying.
Happens to me too. Funny thing is it appears to happen consistently worth texts coming from one person who is using a droid. I've also have some messages from this same person reach other people in a group text thread but not me.
