Q: Problema de contraseña con MacBook Pro

Cordial saludo,

 

Me encuentro en un dilema bastante grande, ya que tengo una MacBook Pro del 2011, con Windows 10 y Mac OSX, el problema esta en que no recuerdo la clave del MacOX, y la partición de recuperación parece no funcionar, por que cuando ingreso el mac se apaga.

 

Ya no se que hacer.
