I downloaded iOS9 on my Ipad mini (32 GB) but cannot get past the slide to upgrade page. It has stuck for the past 12 hours and I am no longer able to use the ipad. Please help. Thank you.

Just wanted to add that I have force restarted the ipad several times but the same happens every time.
If the Slide to Upgrade screen won't go away after you update to iOS 9 - Apple Support
