Q: Installed ios9 got all the way to the end to slide to upgrade and screen won't move so can't use phone at all

IInstalled ios9 got to the end to slide to upgrade and screen won't move so cannot get back to home page or use phone at all

iPhone 5s, iOS 9, Screen froze
