My mother's ipad mini 2 is disabled after updating to ios9. She must have entered a passcode, but does not know what it is. I can open her icloud account on my pc, but her photos do not appear. A backup was made. Does that include photos? If I wipe out and restore her mini pad, will her photos come back?
