Sep 24, 2015 9:20 PM in response to Bluerain12yaby UnionAve,I'm having this exact problem on my Windows 10 machine. I thought it might not have installed correctly so i was about to remove and reinstall it. That's obviously not the problem, though, if others are having the same issue.

Sep 25, 2015 12:23 AM in response to Bluerain12yaby Scott_UU,I have two Windows7 machines. One has this problem with both my and my wife's iCloud account. The other works perfectly with both accounts. Unable to find anything that would account for the difference. Both machines up to date, same version iCloud, same AV and firewall (which I also tried uninstalling, no help).
At least I can tell you it isn't limited to Windows10.

Sep 30, 2015 1:29 PM in response to Scott_UUby Scott_UU,Just an update/correction here.... Now this problem occurs on both machines, with both accounts. Not aware of any configuration changes on the machine where it worked before, and now doesn't -- No new installations, all automatic updates are off. So it seems like this problem is at the server end (Apple).

Oct 8, 2015 7:52 AM in response to Bluerain12yaby Bluerain12ya,A small addition to the case, I have checked my account history and it turns out there was, in fact, money available on the account I use for services.
Yet, my subscription was suspended without any notice and I never received an email about what happened, either.
New and clean Windows installation (Windows 10 on my end, but as someone else suggested, this isn't limited to Windows 10 machines), as well as fresh iTunes, and the issue is still there. The problem is clearly on Apple's end.

I just installed iCloud for Windows version 5, just released by Apple. This problem is now fixed for me -- clicking on "storage" displays the storage details dialog correctly again!
