Did you seriously sign up in order to comment on a thread that's been dormant for more than two years? And to be judgmental about the response of someone who is volunteering their own time to help others? Who repeatedly gave the correct answer only to have it ignored?
MMS messaging is a carrier feature. Your carrier is not supported. The APN settings may have to be changed manually, or you may need to obtain a support file from your carrier to get them to work, assuming the phone you bought is compatible with that carrier.
Contact your carrier.

Who is your carrier? Do you have Cellular data turned on? Cellular data is required for MMS messaging.
I live in Lithuania now, my carrier is bite(i know, sounds strange;D) Yes, i turned on
Omnitel is the only supported carrier in Lithuania. You'll have to take the issue up with your carrier.
Hmm, i don't think that it is the reason, i have friends which are also using bite and for them is everything okay
Possibly... why don't you contact your carrier, as I've already suggested several times.
