Q: Stuck on "slide to upgrade" on updating 4s to ios9

Today, Semptember 20th, I tried to update my iPhone 4s to ios9. Mostly because I saw on some websites that it was, indeed, possible.

Well, I did it, took a while, but finally, it showed that white screen with "slide to upgrade", when I fisrt tried to slide, it worked, asked for my password and it started updating. Okay, fine, then I am directed to the "Hello" page, and it asks for my password again and, when it asks to which network I want to connect (or I can click Next and use my data), anything you touch will make the phone restart and go back to the "slide to upgrade" page. But this time, it won't slide, so I have to restart manually and it goes back to the beggining.
