Q: iPhone 5c not loading after startup

I updated my iPhone 5c to ios9 last night and it's been fine (albeit a little slower than before) until a few hours ago when it restarted by itself and hasn't loaded past the apple screen you see when you turn it on. I've tried holding the lock button several times to turn it off and start again but nothing happens.

Any info would be greatly appreciated thank you
