i have brought this macbook pro in March and now the battery is troubling me. I charge it completely and when i use it, it lasts no longer than 3 hours. or sometimes it shows the battery is 100% charged but when i use it next time it says 0%.

You will likely have to make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.
Check the image and see it says battery not fully charged but on the top it says 100%battery even the charger shows green light but battery is not charging perfectly and giving output

The window saying not charging when light is green is likely just normal error in measurements and not the problem.
i have 5 months old macbook pro and the battery last only 3 hours
