iWork docs and iCloud

I cannot access my Pages, Numbers, Keynote docs in my iCloud account since upgrading to iOS 9. I had no problem using iCloud to sync and edit docs in iCloud when using iOS 8. Am I now required to upgrade to iCloud Drive to access the same docs from iOS 9?
