Q: I have tried to update my ipad 2 with the new version, after it has upgraded it says slide to upgrade,enter password then only moves acroos about 1/3 then goes back to the beginning, can anyone help please

Please help, I have tried to download the latest version on my ipad 2 and it has upgraded then when it say slide to upgrade, enter password, then the bar only move for a 1/3 of the way then goes back to slide to upgrade, can't do anything else on ipad, have turned it off and back on but just remains the same, can anyone help, thank you
