Question

iphone 5c stuck on apple logo

My Apple iPhone 5c is stuck on the apple logo and it won't allow for factory restore.

The logo also flashes and alters brightness intermittently.

Is there a way this can be rectified?

Hi there,

Thanks for your reply.

I didn't try to do an update, I just turned my phone on and it showed the flickering apple logo and won't change from this.

I can turn the phone on and off but that is it.

I have tried the links you added in your previous message but they do not work.

Also, the phone doesn't seem to hold its charge for very long anymore.

Was there any resolution to this? I am having the same issue. I was told to bring my phone to the nearest Apple Store, but there aren't any nearby. Just wondering what happened with yours to prepare myself for things to come.
