In the absence of any other information, I'm going to assume you are having an issue using a computer (rather than an iPad, etc.) and that is is running some version of OS X.
It would appear that somehow Canadian French has been selected as the keyboard layout. Go to the Input Source menu (looks like a flag in the upper right array on the main menu bar). If Canadian French is checkmarked, select something more appropriate to your needs.
Note that there is a keyboard command pair (Command-Space and Option-Command-Space which can be used to cycle through the available input sources. Perhaps one of those commands was accidentally struck.
Note - it really helps us give a bestter response if you would add some info about what Apple product you are talking about - computer model and OS version, or other similar info.
