Q: Transfer of purchased apps not working since updating to iOS 9

t i am unable to transfer purchased content from iPhone to iTunes as described in Redownload or transfer your iTunes Store purchases from an iPhone, iPad or iPod to a computer - Apple Support ...

I guess this is a bug in iOS9 since it has been working perfectly with iOS8… can anyone confirm this?
