anyone have a problem with the new "news" program in IOS9? mine stops at start-up screen. Everything else works fine.

YYes, mine too. after each iOS 9 update, mine locks up again on program startup. Mine is IPad 2.
found this in another post.... I fixed this by going into Settings -> iCloud and disabling the News app. I then went back to the News app (may need to force close it first) and was able to finish setup and make my selections. I then went back into Settings -> iCloud and re-enabled the News app and merged my data and it is still working at this time.
