Error code 45054 in windows 10

When attempting to update apps I get the error code 45054. I have uninstalled & re installed iTunes to no avail. Any remedy suggestions?

When launching Itunes in Windows, instead of double-clicking on the App, right-click on the App and choose Run as Administrator. This fixed the error for me.
