Q: itunes won't recognize my iphone 6 using Windows 10

I'm having the same problem...tried all of the steps listed above and three different Lightning cables.  I had to replace my phone last week (broken screen), and even the "restore from iCloud backup" didn't work properly after the swap.  Like the OP, I just want to be able to transfer files from my computer to my phone, and getting a little frustrated.

I have had thew same issue, and my wife is too and she has a iphone 5s. Ive checked my apple device manager and its running fine. this blows and both apple and Microsoft are dropping the ball, IMO.
