Jailbreak is removing hardware restrictions from iOs device. It is banned and illegal.

It is not illegal but Apple does exercise its right to refuse to service jailbroke devices.

I have reset my ipad to factory settings. still jailbreak. it happened after upgrading to IOS 9. I do not know what jailbreak is and not know how to do it. please help me to get rid of this. my banking apps is not working because of this stupidity. -

We've certainly seen a number of post where banks tell customers their iOS devices have malware and until they install anti-virus software, they can't use them to access their accounts. Which is all wrong.
Are you the original owner of this iPad? Has anyone else had physical access to the iPad outside of your supervision?

I am the owner. my I pad never leaves my supervision. we are only two people in the house and my husband know nothing about electronics.
